The scammers list is sadly people who more than likely good people in their everyday lives but are opportunists. Meaning in everyday life face to face they are people who would never do wrong to someone "real". You know it's hard to connect or empathize with a screen and to imagine it being anyone to worry or feel bad about getting over on them, because someone you can see touch smell in real life is all they see as being real.

People forget that there's real people on the other side of the screen and it's real people that hurt. Integrity- to do the right thing when no one is looking. Another reason it's so easy for these opportunistic people, they think if nobody they know can find out they won't have to be held accountable by the "real" people in their lives than it's their dirty lil secret.

They have these assessments now that you can have people take and will tell you what kind of character they have and if they would be high risk to be a scammer. I know that costs money but in the long run you'd probably be able to save more by weeding out the scammer.
